In order to reserve accommodations, a deposit of $125.00 must accompany this application. If the application is cancelled before June 1, a refund of $100.00 will be made. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AFTER JUNE 1. A refund will be made at the end of the contract if the room shows no damage or excessive wear and is properly cleaned before checkout and all rules obeyed. If a student leaves before the end of the contract period, no refund will be allowed. Rent for each semester must be paid BEFORE that semester begins.
