At Raintree Apartments, we believe that higher standards lead to a higher quality of life, as well as a greater experience while advancing your education or simply moving away from home.
The road to success in life may take many different turns and have varied roadblocks, but by providing an inviting, fun atmosphere that is conducive to positive social interaction and learning, we can help you along the way.
What are the Standards?
Please keep in mind that these are RULES, not "suggestions," and they will be enforced.
From the Student Standards Contract:
[Raintree standards] are very high, and strictly enforced.
- NO tobacco products of any kind
- NO alcohol
- NO drugs, including marijuana and illegal prescriptions
- NO pornography
- NO members of the opposite sex staying over for any reason!
- NO disorderly, immoral, or unlawful conduct
Enforcement:
Violations of these standards will result in tenant(s) being requested to vacate within 24 hours. No second chances. No warnings.
ALL DEPOSITS AND RENT MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED.PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU TOTALLY AGREE WITH THESE STANDARDS AND CONSEQUENCES BEFORE APPLYING TO RAINTREE!
